Our Founder and CEO Lauren is a Spa Industry veteran of over 20 years. As an Owner of a Spa for over twelve years, Lauren has a solid understanding for what Clients wish to achieve. She recently starred on the entrepreneur reality show The Blox, and will be franchising the Firm Lab brand in 2024.
For the past eleven years Lauren has constantly been on the hunt for the newest, most effective Aesthetic technology. Her findings, along with the Retail collection she created, are the heart and soul of FIRM Lab®. All of our equipment and treatments are proprietary and have been personally created and developed by Lauren. Her passion is to offer noninvasive, results-driven, affordable treatments and products that utilize some of the most cutting-edge technologies in the industry.
Lauren
Founder and CEO
Lauren has over 21 years of experience in the Spa Industry. She attained a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Scranton and also studied at the Scuola Lorenzo De’Medici in Florence, Italy. Lauren found her true passion to be in helping people look and feel better. She graduated from the Christine Valmy School of Esthetics in 2003. Lauren served as a Corporate Esthetics Educator for Yon-Ka Paris and traveled around the country to train spas on-site and was the featured speaker at several regional seminars. Lauren opened up her first location, Le Spa, in 2011. She quickly built a loyal following. At that first location, Lauren began developing the technologies and treatments that have become the heart and soul of the Firm Lab brand. She then opened the Firm Lab corporate location in November 2024. Her philosophy is to use cutting-edge technologies to implement positive changes to the face and body- at prices people can afford. Lauren will be franchising the Firm Lab brand as well in select parts of the United States.
Dr. Steve Martino MD
MD, Medical Director
Stephen Martino MD is a board-certified neurologist with over 20 years of experience in injecting. He received his Medical Degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
He has been named a “Top Doc” in US World & News Reports and selected as a “Best Doctor” in NJ Top Docs. Dr. Martino facilitates all of the medical services, including Botox/fillers, Semaglutide weight loss injections, and PRP Hair Restoration.
Andie Weiser-Schlesinger
Phlebotomist
Andie started working at Firm Lab with Dr. Steve Martino in January 2023. She draws blood for all of the PRP Hair Restoration treatments and loves working with clients to help boost their confidence. She has over three years of Phlebotomy experience and has also worked in inpatient & outpatient hospital settings. She is currently working towards her Masters of Public Health at Rutgers University and plans to attend Physician Assistant school in the future.
Reynalin Longcob
Director of Communications & Social Media
Reynalin is the strategic marketing and communications director for Firm Lab. She has over two years of experience in marketing and social media management. She specializes in crafting engaging content, managing all three social media pages and Facebook ads, as well as other marketing initiatives. She has helped Firm Lab build its online following organically and further improves Firm Lab’s customer service initiatives.
Bridgett Firsichbaum
Spa Manager
Bridgett is an experienced leader with a strong background in operations management and brand development. Currently pursuing her MBA at Seton Hall University, she uses data and industry insights to create effective business solutions. With a focus on the Beauty & Wellness sector, Bridgett excels in market expansion, team leadership, and building client relationships. Her work includes developing marketing strategies, improving operational efficiency, and supporting business growth. Bridgett combines analytical thinking with creative marketing ideas to achieve results and strengthen market presence. Her favorite Firm Lab treatment? The H.I.F.U. (High Intensity Focused Ultrasound), a non-invasive face lift, which stimulates collagen and elastin for up to 3 months after the treatment!
Aleksandra Grywniak
Esthetician
With over 15 years of expertise originating in Poland, Aleksandra’s esthetic journey has been driven by a passion for merging clinical excellence with luxury skincare. Her diverse experience spans prestigious day spas and dermatological practices, enabling her to deliver treatments that balance relaxation with remarkable results. This unique combination of medical-grade knowledge and spa wellness allows Aleksandra to provide clients with transformative skincare experiences that are both therapeutic and results-driven. Her favorite Firm Lab treatment is the Ellipsis because it utilizes Monopolar RF + EMS which provides an instant lift to the face for up to 3 days! (She recommends trying it before a special event!)
Sarah Bruno
Medical Esthetician
Sarah is an experienced medical aesthetician who specializes in creating treatment plans and skincare regimens for clients who want to meet certain aesthetic goals and make big changes in their skin. Her specialty experience lies in dermaplaning, laser hair removal, photofacial, and monopolar radiofrequency. Her favorite Firm Lab treatment is The Glow Up: dermaplaning before Ellipsis monopolar RF, with an added chemical peel-because the glow is unreal! Additionally, she has certificates in integrative medical aesthetics, multiple laser courses, and lymphatic drainage.
